Booking Terms and Conditions,
A provisional booking made over the phone or by e-mail will be held for 14 days, during which time the deposit and booking form need to be returned.
A deposit of £100 per week is required to secure your booking. In the event of cancellation the deposit is non-refundable, the cancellation must be made in writing prior to the final balance being due .
In any event that we may have to cancel the booking, due to unforeseen circumstances out of our control, the deposit will be returned in full.
The final balance must be paid 14 days prior to your holiday, if the balance is not paid the holiday will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited. This final balance requires an additional £50 care deposit, any damages or breakages that occur during your holiday to the caravan and/or its furnishings will be deducted from this deposit. This deposit, less any deductions will be returned to you within 7 days of departure.
The caravan will be available from 5pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
The caravan must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
The maximum hire period for the caravan is 28 days.
The hirer of the caravan must be 21+.
The Caravan sleeps a maximum of 6 people and at no time must this be exceeded.
No pets are allowed in the caravan.
We have a strict no smoking policy inside the caravan.
Duvets/ Pillows and bed linen are provided, however towels are not.
This agreement may be brought to an end by the landlord giving the tenant notice of seeking possession of an assured tenancy based on the grounds 1,2 or 8 in part 1 of schedule 2 of the housing act 1988 or on the grounds 10,11,12,13,14 or 15 in part 11 to schedule 2 of the housing act 1988.
The owners are not liable for loss of property, damage suffered to the hirer or members of your party, injury or death. You must take all necessary steps to safeguard your personal property , or loss of such property.
In the event of behaviour that is likely to cause offence, or damage, the owner reserves the right to remove any offenders from the said property.
